Ed Pockney, Franchisee 

Now in his sixth year with Driver Hire Uxbridge Ed remains as driven and focussed as day one. The focus must always be on the client and driver. These are the two key components of what we do at Driver Hire Uxbridge, understanding the skills and capabilities of our drivers and matching them to the operational needs of the client results in successful shifts for all concerned.

Over the years Ed has picked up his HGV and PCV licences and CPC qualifications and can be found out driving for clients on a regular basis. This helps understand exactly what the customer needs in their drivers and to relate to our drivers when discussing the best roles for each driver.

The office has won a series of awards within Driver Hire and outside.

Driver Hire Uxbridge is the leading office in the network for delivering CPC Training and the only office out of 103 that has it’s own “Safe Urban Driving” capability, with our own set of bicycles and trainers with the ability to deliver training at client sites or our Uxbridge office.

Roxana has been with the branch for more than six years now and combines her core skill set of Recruiting, IT and native Romanian speaker to be a formidable force in the business.

She has overseen building our webpage and mailing system.

She is managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation.

She is skilled at both attracting new business and closing deals.

Over the years she has built strong client relationships by meeting and frequently keeping in touch with them on all channels so we can understand and satisfy their staffing needs.

Wiktor Piszczek- Relationship Manager 

Has been with Driver Hire Uxbridge for over 3 years, he is our Polish speaker, and a highly experienced HGV Class 2 Hiab driver.  Wicktor has an extensive experience in the transport industry.

He is building strong business relationships, and he is providing clients with advice and help by training/ assessing new drivers so we can provide the best customer satisfaction.

Amit Kapadia, Finance Administartor 

Has been with Driver Hire Uxbridge for over 1 year and he oversees our finance department. He has always enjoyed the logic and patterns of numbers.

He is managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepares and submits payroll.
